Our goal is to help you enjoy and share outstanding wine and food experiences at home.

To help you find the glasses that are right for you, The Spiegelau Store has a wide range of glassware available for you to browse and buy.

All our prices include GST.

We work really hard to make sure you get the glasses you need with a seven-day returns and refund policy. We’d like to think there would be no issues, but in the event that there is, we are bound by New Zealand consumer law, such as the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.

A key responsibility for the customer is to ensure that you check the glassware when it is delivered to you. We have insurance for your glassware, but we need to report this to our insurance company within 24 hours of delivery. In case of breakages, please handle carefully and do not touch the broken glass. Keep the set of glasses as a set, take a photo and send images to support@thespiegelaustore.co.nz.
