Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your new Spiegelau glassware and enjoy your favourite drinks to the fullest. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
1. Damaged or broken on arrival
If your order arrives damaged or broken:

Email us at support@thespiegelaustore.co.nz within 48 hours of delivery.

Include a clear photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
2. Change of mind or not what you expected
If your glassware isn’t quite what you had in mind:

Let us know within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

We’re happy to offer an exchange for something else you’ll enjoy, or a refund (excluding shipping).
3. Clearance items
Products purchased from our Clearance Store are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Email support@thespiegelaustore.co.nz with your order number, details of the issue, and any photos (if applicable). We’ll respond promptly to arrange the next steps.
