We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $99

  • Flat rate of $9 for orders under $99

  • Overnight delivery available on request for an additional $10 — order by midday and select overnight. 

Delivery Timeframes

  • Most orders arrive within 2 working days

  • Please allow 2–3 working days for standard delivery

  • Rural addresses may take an additional day

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us — we’re happy to prioritise urgent orders where possible.

Fully Insured Delivery

  • All glassware is carefully packaged and fully insured during transit.

  • We use eco friendly protective packaging on all orders to get your orders to you with high reliability. 

  • Please check your order upon arrival. If any items arrive damaged, email us within 24 hours with a photo of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement immediately — no questions asked.
